Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray Declares for 2019 NFL Draft

He took it up to the very last moment, but the 2018 Heisman winner has officially punched his ticket to the NFL. Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray officially has declared for the 2019 NFL Draft.

Murray was drafted 9th overall by the Oakland Athletic in the 2018 MLB Draft but has decided to go pro in the National Football League. Murray had a fantastic junior year at the University of Oklahoma, that led him to winning the Heisman. Murray threw for 4,361 yards, 42 touchdowns, and just 7 interceptions in 2018. His excellent junior year led him making one of the toughest decisions of his young career. Murray is entering the draft in a down year for quarterbacks and has a shot to be one of, if not the first quarterback taken in the 2019 NFL Draft.
