Hanks has incredible drive and fluid movement, his ability to read plays is exceptional and his experience as a former safety helps him with that. He is relentless when in pursuit of the football. His versatility and range are impeccable.

He is inconsistent and has balance issues. He isn’t direct enough with his runs, can get wide or overrun the mark often. He can get pushed around a bit and needs to fight harder with his initial contact.

An inexperienced Sean Lee

Overall Review:

He had a great week at the Senior Bowl, which helps to lift his Draft stocks. He would suit as a weakside LB in a 4-3 defense in the NFL. A lot of teams will be looking at him as he is continuing to grow into a great player. Big things are coming if he can iron out the issues in his game.
