There is a lot to like about Daylon Mack. He is so quick off the line, he shocks his opponents. A naturally gifted player, who improved immensely in 2018. He has great use of his hands and pushes players around at will. For a man of his size, he moves unbelievably well. He is so explosive its fun to watch. His raw power and incredible technique as a ball rusher are impressive. He changes angles and lanes well and will be a player to watch in the future.

He can play too stiff and upright at times. He does lack creativity and often isn’t used on third down for this reason.

Overall Review:

Mack played his best football against quality opposition in Alabama, LSU and Clemson. He loves the big occasion. He really is a talented guy who will go in the mid-rounds of the draft.
